Rooms and availability
Very nice owners, clean rooms, proximity to the site
Excellent location so close to the travertine formations and in fact has its own pool being fed from the same thermal spring (water has cooled by the time it reaches the hotel!!) The other great point is the excellent meals on site.
This is a comfortable friendly hotel. It is in a good location and the meal we had in the evening was excellent and a good price. Perfect for a visit to Pamukale.
I was very surprised at the price of beer at 6 lira. as we had 2 american friends with us I think they were bumping the price up. My husband and I live in Turkey so are aware of the correct price around 4.5 lira. On realising this the owner reduced the price so be aware!
Our hostess was very hospitable and cooked us a lovely home cooked meal. We were made to feel very welcome and the hotel's proximity to the traavertine terraces was a bonus.
A basic, cheerful room with comfortable beds (the double bed was more comfy than the twin). No shower cubicle but room and bathroom were very clean. Convenient location -- only a few minutes walk from the entrance to Pammukale. Wonderful, friendly owners who gave us directions to different sites, and served us a delicious home-cooked meal of Turkish food at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again if we returned. The hotel "grounds" are quite nice too, though small. A small swimming pool with water fed from the springs, and beautiful flowers shading an outdoor dining area.
They made me feel like part of the family. I was in Turkey for 3 weeks and she made me the best home cooked meal throughout my tour. Thank you
Wi-Fi was good. The price was good. All in all I wouldn't return.
The water in the shower was cold and the preassure was feeble. Breakfast was humble. The "swimming pool" is just a pond. My kids and I didn't dare to go for a swim, as warm as the afternoon was.
It was a very god experience, it satisfied all my expectations. The family running the hotel was very open-hearted, sympathetic and kind. Rooms very clean and tidy. Dinner at the hotel very delicious. I suggest it for everyone who wants to have an accomodation with a familiar atmosphere.
Hotell staff good. Services normal. Comfort good.
Hajar the cook, she is very welcoming and her food was great. Room was nice and clean.
Only possible downside, it is written on booking you can have 2 cot beds in one room but there are only 2 in the hotel so they are not always available.
Clean and tidy room. Nice breatfast and dinner. With wifi at room. Helpful staff who gave us clear instruction how to walk to the white terrace and bus stop. He also helped us to buy the bus tickets. Location is great, just 5 mins walk to the entrance of White Terrace.
+ staff, food made by the housekeeper, good room (25€ per night).
Hotel owners/staff is a family, and they are really friendly. The terrace of the hotel is very quiet and is a good place to spend the evenings. Clean and good for the price.
The pool in the hotel is really small and filled with the thermal water on the streets, so basically no one is swimming inside it. Think of the hotel as if it has no pool. They charge a lot for food.
Hadrat Mr Omer and Madam Hajir Hanim and their son gave us the real home and family feelings,we appreciated their warm welcoming and great hospitality
Very nice and helpful owners, simple but very clean room, close to the travertines. We had a delicious dinner - cooked by the landlady - on the roof-top terrace .
